Refund & Return Policy

***Due to COVID-19 and the nature of Masks being worn on the face, we are not accepting any returns on these items, both opened and unopened. We are nonetheless offering refunds upon the submission of a refund request***

Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If you are requesting a refund or a return after 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund or a return. Please refer to our COVID-19 update for the latest return & refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require to complete the refund request form. This form can be obtained by emailing hello@fastshipfacemask.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank first. If your bank has not received the refund yet, please contact your credit card company as most financial institutions can take days to post a processed refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
